In Adobe Premiere, you can delete render files by following these steps:
Open the project in Premiere that contains the render files you want to delete.
Go to the "Sequence" menu and select "Delete Render Files."
A dialog box will appear asking you to confirm the deletion. Select "Delete" to remove the files.
Alternatively, you can also delete render files manually:
Locate the project folder for your Premiere project.
Inside the project folder, look for a subfolder called "Premiere Pro Video Previews."
Delete the contents of that folder. This will delete all the render files for that project.
It's important to note that deleting render files will not affect the project itself, but it will delete the preview files that have been generated from the edit and it will cause the project to re-render when played back or exported, so it can take a bit longer to export or play back the project.
